All Lace & Dagger press‑on nails are handmade to order, and production can take up to 3 working days before dispatch. Orders are shipped twice a week — Monday and Friday. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Because each set is custom‑made, refunds are not available for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, or change‑of‑mind purchases. Please ensure you check your sizing kit or measurements before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement. To qualify, the following conditions apply:

Proof of damage on arrival is required (clear photos of the packaging and the nails).

Damaged sets must be returned to Lace & Dagger before a refund or replacement is issued.

Refunds and replacements are offered at our discretion once the returned item has been inspected.
Lace & Dagger is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or missed deliveries.
