Can I order custom designs for my press-on nails?
Yes! In addition to our set designs, we also offer fully custom press-on nail designs. You're welcome to send us inspiration photos via social media, email, or WhatsApp, describe your vision in detail, or request a direct recreation of a design you love. Our goal at Lace and Dagger Nail Studio is to create stunning, salon-quality nails for all people, all occasions, and all styles. We're passionate about helping you express yourself, and we're proud to be a part of your self-love journey through beautiful, personalised nails.
Do all press-on nail sets come with an application kit?
All press-on nail sets are sold without application kits. Application kits are offered as optional add-ons, as one kit may be used for multiple applications. To ensure you only purchase what you need, we make our application kits available separately.

Of course. We’re always here to help with any questions or concerns. If you need assistance with sizing, placing an order, or deciding which nail type is best for you, please feel free to contact us via Facebook or Instagram (you can access our pages by clicking the icons at the bottom of the screen), email, or phone/WhatsApp.
Do you charge more for custom sizing?
We never charge extra for custom sizes. We understand that standard sizing doesn't work for everyone, and we fully embrace those differences. If the preset sizes aren't suitable for you, simply select the "custom" option on the product page. For the most accurate fit, we recommend using one of our sizing kits, or you can measure your nails at home using tape or a fabric measuring tape. What is the return policy?
We accept returns only on unopened, unused press-on nail packages.
How do I know what size press-on nails to buy?
For the most accurate sizing, we recommend purchasing one of our sizing kits. If you prefer to measure at home, you can use tape or a fabric measuring tape. Detailed written and video guides are available in our info & FAQ section, accessible from the top menu on our homepage.
Can I reuse my press-on nails?
The reusability of your press-on nails depends on how they're applied and removed. Press-ons applied with adhesive tabs can be reused indefinitely when handled gently and stored properly in their case. If you use liquid glue, reuse will depend on your removal method. When the glue can be softened in warm, soapy water and the nails are removed carefully, most sets can be reused up to three times, sometimes more, with proper care and storage.
How long will it take for my order to be posted and delivered?
All of our press-on nails are handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 3 days for your set to be created to your exact specifications. Orders are dispatched twice a week - on Mondays and Fridays. Delivery times will vary depending on the courier and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How do I book an in-studio appointment, and where are you based?
Lace and Dagger Nail Studio is a home-based studio located in Northwich, just a 2-minute walk from the local train station and a 10-minute walk from the town centre.
