Shipping policy

Production Time

All Lace & Dagger press‑on nails are handmade to order. Please allow up to 3 working days for your set to be created before dispatch. Larger orders or peak seasons may require the full production window.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders are shipped twice a week — Monday and Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm on a shipping day will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the courier and shipping service selected at checkout. Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, transit times are outside of our control. Lace & Dagger is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, strikes, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If your chosen service includes tracking, the tracking number will be provided.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. Lace & Dagger is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the postage cost to resend it.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier, but replacements or refunds for lost parcels are issued at our discretion and only after the courier confirms the parcel cannot be located.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • the outer packaging

  • the damaged nails

  • any visible impact or defects

Damaged items must be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued. Refunds and replacements are offered at our discretion once the returned item has been inspected.

Customs & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
