These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lace & Dagger website, online shop, and in‑studio booking services. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Lace & Dagger reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time.


2. Products & Services

Lace & Dagger sells handmade press‑on nails, custom nail sets, and related add‑ons. All press‑on nails are made to order and may take up to 3 working days to produce before dispatch. We also offer in‑studio nail services, which must be booked through the contact page.


3. Handmade & Custom Items

Because all press‑on nails are handmade and often customised to your size, shape, and design choices, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered defects. Custom items are non‑refundable unless damaged on arrival.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped twice a week — Monday and Friday. Delivery times depend on the courier and shipping method selected at checkout. Lace & Dagger is not responsible for courier delays, missed deliveries, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available for unwanted items, incorrect sizes, or change‑of‑mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Proof of damage on arrival is required (clear photos of packaging and product).

  • The damaged item must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued.

  • Refunds and replacements are offered at our discretion after inspection.

6. In‑Studio Appointments

Appointments must be booked through the methods mentioned on the contact page. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. No‑shows or repeated cancellations may result in deposits or the refusal of future bookings.


7. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and may change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. Lace & Dagger is not responsible for additional charges such as customs fees for international orders.


8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use content without permission. All designs, images, branding, and written content are the intellectual property of Lace & Dagger.


9. Privacy

Any personal information provided (such as contact details for bookings or shipping) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared without consent.


10. Limitation of Liability

Lace & Dagger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Nail products should be used responsibly and according to the provided instructions.
